<image:title>About Me - I am a queer, trans therapist that uses they/them/theirs pronouns. I have an immense passion for working with queer people to help them feel seen, cared for, and accompany them on their journey.</image:title>

      <image:title>About Me - Not your average therapist…</image:title>
<image:caption>Finding a therapist can be overwhelming. Finding a person that looks similar to you, or can connect with your identity in some way, is even more challenging. I don’t look like or act like a lot of other therapists, because I represent the queer community and try to reflect our unique needs in my therapy practice. For the time we are together, you are my only focus and I will meet you where you are. One of my most important goals is to have you feel seen and safe in our work together, because I know that you don’t feel safe in most of your daily living, and how can we be vulnerable and open to growth if we are not safe? Mental health is compounded by minority status and therefore social justice is a pillar of my clinical lens. I will name power and privilege in the room, in the system we are a part of, and in the world. I am a white, able-bodied, middle class, educated person. I recognize my privilege and will continue to use it to help support others, to advocate for oppressed people, and to provide safety in our therapeutic work.</image:caption>
